Green Huck Bunches

Fresh Green Huckleberry or simply Green Huck as it's known in the floral trade is a standout from the Pacific Northwest forests.  The wonderful branches of this evergreen shrub are prized for its small dark green glossy leaves.  Vaccinium ovatum belongs to the blueberry family and grows abundantly all along the coast of Pacific Northwest.  It is a great under story shrub and in the fall the leaves turn a reddish bronze giving us Red Huck for use in the fall and winter.
