The garland arrived in excellent condition on a Thursday and maintained flawlessly till Sunday, when we installed it on a gazebo. It was very simple to attach to the gazebo, using zip ties, and provided the exact background my niece wanted for her wedding. Thank you for your excellent work!
I had originally planned on using faux green garland, because I know nothing of live garland, and felt it would be too hard to install and too expensive. But, the pricing is actually comparable to faux, and orders of magnitude more beautiful. It is so lush! I am so happy I found your site and was able to get the garland on such short notice! Only wish I had another niece to do this again!
I used this garland to decorate the arbor under which I was married. It arrived on time, packaged neatly and was stunning. Jung took extra time to email me and make sure he was creating exactly what I had envisioned. I highly recommend!

I called the company to ask about caring for it from Thursday until Saturday evening and received friendly and detailed information which answered all my questions. Our tables and chuppah looked exquisite, the garland staying fresh and beautiful. I would highly recommend ordering garland from Pacific Garland.

Due to COVID-19 my (now husband) and I ordered this garland as we made last-minute plans for an alternate wedding so that we could still get married this year. Though it wasn't a big event we still wanted some special touches and decorations and this garland was a perfect addition to our DIY wooded arch. It arrived in perfect condition with time to spare before our event and lasted even a few days after with care!

What date would be the best date to order for Dec 28th wedding considering the holiday package slowdown, ups and usps schedules?

That is a great question and has two components. For ordering date we suggest placing your order as soon as you can so that we can get you on the books and have product available. Some dates do fill up and we have to turn away orders. A ship date for a Saturday event would normally be on a Wednesday for Thursday delivery. This way in case FedEx has a delay you could still receive your package on Friday. This is extremely rare though as we cannot control your package delivery once it leaves our shop. With that said, as long as you have a residential delivery address FedEx will deliver on Saturdays (a small $10 additional fee). We could ship on Thursday for a Friday delivery and have Saturday as a backup. The only other option that week is to ship on Monday for a Tuesday delivery, but with the volume of packages during Christmas it could easily be delayed until Thursday since the are closed on Wednesday.
Now, we do have another option that is almost sure fire- especially that week. That is shipping with Alaska Airlines. As long as you are close to a city that Alaska serves we highly suggest using them. There is an additional $30 airport fee, but the actual shipping is about the same. We would drop off the package early in the morning Thursday or Friday and you would receive it the same day in the afternoon. Very easy and your package will be there.

This is a wonderful garland and the Salal and Seeded Eucalyptus will generally last over a week, however, the Baby's Breath is much shorter. We recommend it only be used when we ship so you receive it the day before the event and generally not outside in the hot sun. It is an excellent choice for inside or evening events outside.
If you have access to a cooler it will hold there quite easily for a few days before the event if needed.
