Fresh Israeli Ruscus bunches have thick deep green waxy leaves and are one of the longest lasting cut greens available.  Along with Salal, nothing else will last longer and is more durable.  We have cut stems of Ruscus in a vase and they are still going strong after 4 months!  Incredibly versatile and easy to work with this is an excellent green to have on hand by the bunch for filling arrangements and laying out on tables as filler. Many times we prefer Israeli over Italian Ruscus due to the leaf shape.  Israeli has much larger leaves in whorls along one stem versus sprays of many small leaves on branches for the Italian.
